Very comfortable and lightweight. The sound is crisp & clear and generally pretty good for a gaming orientated headset. Microphone is adequate. No perceivable latency and no issues with drop out.I actually received a Plantronics built version. Condition was new in box so wasn't a return or refurb, just must have been new old stock. The battery was stone cold dead on arrival but a few power cycles with the charge plugged in got it revived and the battery life is holding steady now.Upon arrival it wouldn't charge or turn on. So after browsing online for ~20 minutes I saw people saying their charging port on the headset was bad. After fiddling with it, it charged just enough to turn on. Problem being that it would just continually say "power on" and nothing would happen. After fixing that, it works great. Just wish the headset brand I really enjoy didn't drop the ball so hard on this.Only 4 stars i volume control because when adjusting the volume, it jumps either way too high or way too low. When adjusting slightly more times than not it dos’nt register. Other than that they are fantastic and strongly recommendAwesome battery life. Good sound very loudPlantronics was very nice and helpful but this has been a nightmare gettign this handled thrugh Amazon Customer service. The mistake was not the seller but AMAZON.Headset worked well for about 3 months aside from distortion with loud sounds (COD) but now they disconnect every few min for about 10 sec.The 1st headset I received was DOA batteries were no good 2nd set disconnects.Nacon gaming Support is no better then the product as I have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks being told how to pair the headset followed by an email that they are reviewing the claim to determine if they are going to replace it (1 year warranty) 4 months after purchase.Rig products were better quality when it was still Plantronics cause my 800HS pair lasted over 4 years without any issue's
